I sat on the hill overlooking the wide expanse before me, there seemed an eery quite. Below to the right I could see the town - smoke rising above it then off in the distance to my left the city.
I began pondering what may be happening in the city when suddenly I was transported there. I looked around, to the left and to the right, behind and in front of me.
I surveyed the scene in the street. It was quite, very quite. All I could hear was the whistling off the wind, it was like an apocalyptic scene where everyone else was dead or from the middle of the night except it was the middle of the day. No-one nowhere to be seen anywhere.
I began thinking about the street scene it reminded me of the exact same scene in the town of the main street only better. There was a magnificence and grandeur here that was missing from the town. I made my way towards the castle tower and the market. The market was dead, again I was met by the scene of nothing and no-one like it had suddenly been abandoned. Like everyone was just suddenly raptured. I made my way towards the tower glancing about me looking for someone and at the same time not noticing those who were there like I was in a dream. I made my way up the steps to the stone entrance the door were drawn back before me and it was then I noticed the two angels guarding the door who pulled the great doors back. I turned and then noticed the 14 angels seven on each side of each step on the stairs and the marketplace still eerily quite.
I stepped past the doors and was met by a brilliant light. I say a light it was Jesus - he shone brighter than the sun. As the door closed back behind me the brilliance of his light lit up the darkness. First time this room had filled me with fear. This time it was different. Jesus just smiled at me as I gazed at the walls in awe of what I was seeing before me. Instead of a small room of stone walls that enclosed me they shone with brilliant light. I could see multiple colours bouncing and reflecting, it felt like each molecule in the stone shone with a different colour that made up more colours then I had ever known possible. They changed as the light bounced of them. I touched one wall in wonder, it seemed alive. I then looked at the crystal wall.
Seeing was really believing but I then realised what I saw depended on my perspective and the perspective I was seeing now instead of one of fear was one through the light of the world. The crystal looked as magnificent as it had been, splendid surely only behind this wall was a room where the king of kings would rightfully sit for anyone else the crystal veneer in front of me seemed far to great for anyone else, I obviously knew this to be true before thought things looked very different. There was a wonderful blend between the stone wall and the crystal wall - I knew that they were different but somehow they just blended into one beyond human science or knowledge.
As I made my way to the final room before the room I sat in the chair pondering all that I had just seen and recollecting my experiences and emotions from the previous time I was here.
I began to stare at the sign above the door that said "seated in heavenly places". Jesus then appeared in the room and we began talking for what seemed like an age. He spoke of Heaven and the wonders of the Kingdom of God and how as God's people it was our divine right to be here.
Then I looked around and to my surprise we were standing in the Great Throne Room. It was quite. Again there appeared to be no-one around I looked at Jesus and he looked me staright in the eyes saying "I must show what you must do to be seated in heavenly places."
Just then we both transported into the chapel. We were seated on old fashioned pews like an Anglican traditional church. I looked around there seemed to be a myriad of saints from all different generations, I could see monks dressed in simple priestly robes mixed in with people with jeans, t-shirts and dresses in union they were praising and interceeding for the nations. I saw angels in the background in a row behind the monks. in their left hand they carried a harp and in their left a bowl and they were praising and interceeding with the saints. I saw a great tower in the middle of the vestrum a giant flame flickered out of it which was purple. Twisting, swinging and swaying as it powered by the wind and it would flicker sometimes appearing more red and sometime more blue.
Jesus then spoke
"This is what it means to be seated in heavenly places..." He then said something that stunned me
'...the worship and intercession here in this place is as the worship and intercession that takes place in the throne room."
He paused then to let what he said sink in and it struck me the truth of what he said this was what it means when we pray let your kingdom come. Moreover it is more than that it is standing in place where we are actually motivated to divinely take part in the coming of the kingdom....
Jesus continued..."althogh we are rather better at it, but we have had more practice" He then looked at me and smiled. We both were caught up in being in this place not just seeing but participating in this experience.
The room then began to fade and I was in the middle of the Town. I had seen this scene many times before. Then I saw a great army engulfing the town a scene that I had seen even more times like a repetitive dream. It was a great army though very small in number. Unlike a modern army these soldiers were best described as special forces, this was a unique Kingdom Army that had one purpose in mind to lay waste the Kingdom of Satan and replace it with the Kingdom of God. Like a scene from the matrix I watched as these men and woman spun in the air flinging demons at great speed with just a thought or push of their hands. The townsfolk were attacking this army and the demons as if they were one. I saw scenes I had seen before as men and woman screamed in fits of fear and chaos.
I then saw a scene that I had seen one before briefly that troubled me. I saw members of this army heard people into a church and then set it on fire. I watched it burn and heard the shreaking as the flames lit up the building higher and higher. The screaming stopped and I saw a great flame, a flame so awesome that it could only come from one thing or more importantly one person, the Holy Spirit. I then watched as members of the army opened the doors and as calm as you like all the people inside calmly walked out. It was extraordinary site, those who were in state of ultimate fear were know showing the greatest sense of peace.
Eventually more and more people were herded up like sheep into their pens, when everyone seemed appropriately in the right position the entire army laid waste to the whole town until nothing remained of it except scinders and ashes.
Despite seeing these scenes for many years it finally struck me. The Saints who were seated in Heavenly Places were the same Saints who cried out day and night in praise and intercession, giving the Lord 'no rest'. These Saints had formed Houses of Prayer across the generations and many nations. They were full of Zeal for the House of the Lord that consumed them. This was an Army but a different army, mighty and powerful it's weapon was prayer and it intercede for the nations, every prayer was returned with an action. Cries of intercession were mingled with acts of justice, righteousness and mercy. This was an end time army. These saints were a powerful eclessia, ruling and reigning they were co-heirs with Christ, seated with Him in Heavenly Places. Jesus then interjected "This is my army. These are my saints.'
