2nd December.
Unexpectadly the Lord began to speak to me at the beginning of December about next year...
...a change is coming next year in the body of Christ, such a change as we have maybe not experienced for a generation, a change that for many of us is beyond what we could hope for. for many this will mean looking at the scenery around and looking for a change looking for winter to change into spring - the change that is coming is indeed a change from winter to spring for a season before the warmth of the sunshine and the warmer temperatures of summer - not that this is what happened in the last British summer. But it is not a passive change it is an active change, activated primarily for those who are truly seeking Him and His purposes.
However those who are looking for a change in circumstances, a change of luck so to speak will feel disapointed - the initial cheer of those who are only looking for these type of dramatic changes will soon give way to not just gloom but an increased gloom and depression
It will first begin in the air as we breathe this new air long enough the oxygen, that is the levels of life, in our primary organs will increase.
To the church the Lord says "Arise, shine, for your light has come"
That's pretty simple
1 - arise
2 - shine
3 - for you light has come.
The problem with the much of the body is we will not shine until we see the light has come and we will not arise until we feel like we we have something to shine yet first we must arise.
The key is we've always had something to shine we just didn't realise it enough, it is this realisation that will ultimately change our circumstances. What I'm talking about is Jesus, not Jesus who can give you a gift like salvation, mercy or the Holy Spirit to make you feel good about your self, our ultimate reality needs to be that Jesus is enough Himself to make us feel good we don't need anything else, moreover it is this knowledge and particularly the revelation and the wisdom that will be imparted which will lead us to the ultimate reality in that Jesus is worth it all, Jesus is firstly worth more than anything else this world can give us and that secondly He is worth more than anything the world can throw at us. Ultimately Jesus simply is worth it all - paying any price, counting any cost or making any sacrifice, this is what makes Him worthy - He is worthy because he freely chose to do this himself. Not that he is not worthy but when the lost look at us and see we walk in faith because we believe he is worthy, because they see with their own eyes that we believe he is worth it all they too will see the worthy of this man, Jesus - the King, Judge and Bridegroom - which is that which we ultimately need to know him as.
This will all take a step of faith but it firstly requires that we have faith to see faith realised. Most of us will not because we have not. The verse form Isaiah is firstly an instruction - Arise.
We need to arise out of our predicament, we must raise our minds above the depression of our culture and we must begin to stand up and take the stature of who we are called to be.
We must begin to learn to look up and not look down. This does not primarily refer to depression though it does to a smaller extent but primarily refers to the fact that we must see things as He sees him. We can only truly know what he Sees by actually knowing Him. Those who begin this path will ultimately find the ultimate realisation which the Apostle John experienced which is to come up and see True vision is knowing that our ultimate destiny is to be seated with Him in Heavenly places - with must lay claim to this and not treat it like some heavenly dream of what one day will be. For those who desire so and seek him they will find Him adn they will see Him as John saw Him. He will be seated and so will we - We must firstly seek this position and experience this seating to truly know the authority we have to walk the earth in.
Jesus great comission begins with another action - Go! Our faith is not a passive faith but when we by a grain of mustard see arise and go this itself builds our faith.
January will be a month of surprise for many.
Jesus taught that “A farmer went out to sow his seed. As he was scattering the seed, some fell along the path, and the birds came and ate it up. Some fell on rocky places, where it did not have much soil. It sprang up quickly, because the soil was shallow. But when the sun came up, the plants were scorched, and they withered because they had no root. 7 Other seed fell among thorns, which grew up and choked the plants. Still other seed fell on good soil, where it produced a crop—a hundred, sixty or thirty times what was sown. Whoever has ears, let them hear.”(G)
10 The disciples came to him and asked, “Why do you speak to the people in parables?”
11 He replied, “Because the knowledge of the secrets of the kingdom of heaven has been given to you, but not to them. Whoever has will be given more, and they will have an abundance. Whoever does not have, even what they have will be taken from them. This is why I speak to them in parables:
This is a parable for today and indeed the coming year will be a year of parables, to sum up the meaning if we are not deep rooted when the troubles of this world will come, whatever they be, flesh, the devil or the world they will overcome us. There is only one way to be an overcome rather than be one who is overcome that is know and be known by Him.
Many of the bad surprises of 2012 will increase at the beginning of 2013 for those who do not have deep roots for the truth the Lord is bringing us into it will be snatched from us because we do not have the faith, the patience or the perseverance to see His Will be done as it is done in Heaven. For many the anticipation will dissipate and the world will begin to swallow the faith of these up.
God has been doing a work that it is hidden and this will begin to unravel for those who seek him and see the work of the Holy Spirit with the eyes of their heart, God has reserved the Kingdom for those who are chosen, not that we can do anything to be chosen because he has already hand picked these.
Much of what will begin to be fulfilled is small groups of no more than a handful of people who have already reached that heavenly seating who began to pursue God in such a way over in cases over 30 years ago and in cases some can look back and see that the seed for doing this started two generations or 40 years back. In extreme cases this is 50 years. In fact I believe there is an annointing for restoration to this place for a few who have walked this path for more than 40 years but in the last 10 years stopped running or even backslid altogether.
This is not because they are special per see but they are special in one way so there is extra grace and mercy for these despite the fact that they have fallen. It is not the fall that marks them out though many in the body will want to write a wikpedia page about them highlighting their falls. We his people must know it is a beautiful thing to Him those that have walked faithfully with Him across the generations, we must give these a place of rightful honour because they are to be honoured.
They are special for one reason alone. And that is when this call first went out form the heavenlies to the earth in the late 50s and early 60s they are the few of the few in the body that not just answered but persevered in their generation. These are the ones that began it all and we have a lot to thank them for although many are now not walking with the Lord as they should and some are not even walking with the Lord at all, it is these who inspired the generation of the late 70s early 80s.
Much of what has happened to them since is because of the werryness and burden in terms the length and depth of what they are carrying until litterally they cannot carry it and make another step so they let go of the baton.
When the Israelites groaned to Moses in Numbers 11 his response was this “Why are you treating me, your servant, so harshly? Have mercy on me! What did I do to deserve the burden of all these people? 12 Did I give birth to them? Did I bring them into the world? Why did you tell me to carry them in my arms like a mother carries a nursing baby? How can I carry them to the land you swore to give their ancestors? 13 Where am I supposed to get meat for all these people? They keep whining to me, saying, ‘Give us meat to eat!’ 14 I can’t carry all these people by myself! The load is far too heavy! 15 If this is how you intend to treat me, just go ahead and kill me. Do me a favor and spare me this misery!”
Moses complained to God that he alone carried the burden and that carry that burden effected him to such an extent that effected his whole life. Have you ever carried a heavy burden, by that I mean physically, it effects your walk, you cannot just carry on as you would without it. The heavier the burden the more difficult it is to carry, Much of what is described as true spiritual leadership is in fact knowing what it means to carry a burden - this is the true essence of what is means to be called into such a position and into such authority. Many will restore these because they understand what this means because ultimately they understand true spiritual authority, many who continue to reject them will not because they know not.
God is lavishing grace and mercy on these because they inspired a generation by being the very first forerunners - they in fact where foreunners before the forerunners or anyone knew what a forerunner was - not only do we have a lot to be thankful for in regards to these early forerunners but we wouldn't be where we are today without them. This is why there is given to them more grace and mercy.
The same grace and mercy is available for those of us who pray for them and look to restore them rather than criticise.
Burdens are only properly carried when they are shared that's why in Ephesians 4 it states that Jesus gifted 5 types of leaders to the church. The church was not just created to be a team but the leadership itself is made of team players.
When Moses interceded for the Israelites in a battle he needed Aaron and Joshua to support him so that Israel could win the battle. Many have fallen because they battled with the same battle that Moses did, being God's carrier. Many needless carried this burden alone many others had to carry it alone because there was no Aaron or Joshua to assist them.
Finally and this is maybe the most important thing I have to say and ultimately is the entire foundation for these times which we live in which is why I say it is the most important thing not just for me to say but you to understand, I've have written around this many times, those who understand what I have written this for them will not come as surprise. The surprise that Jesus is returning for His Bride in two generations.
Things that have been happening, are happening and will continue to happen are to do with firstly the sowing and reaping of the great harvest, remember that includes the tares - the entire harvest that is the whole sum of he generations of the church will be reaped and for the world also. Remember Jesus came so that many would be saved but this Judgement must therefore come to the saved first.
This reality is a seperating of things - this is explained in the parable of the sheeps and goats. Ultimately as individuals, groups and even nations we will be judged as either being sheep or goats seperated for a different destiny. Today, even before today, there are things set in motion which influence this final judgement. This too is a judgement the church must experience we either know him and are judged as sheep or if not goats, namely those He "knew not" despite the fact they may have either healed the sick or raised the dead.
Again I have written about this several times but this period where this actually happens will be marked by confusion and our times will be marked by more confusion as God is beginning to unravel all things. The light will become more seperated from the darkness and for those who know the light this will not only be but will also become abundantly clearer. For those who do not this time will be marked by ever increasing darkness the fruit of which is confusion. The final sowing of this is when not just the world but parts of the church will label light that which is darkness, this is the ultimate sowing of confusion.
Secondly, well before I go on I remember the celebrations to mark the turn of the millenium, certainly the anticipation far outweighed the glamour of the real thing. The same is about to happen in the church except for those who hold to the faith the real glory of what is about to happen will far outweigh the expectation though that will be great. The true millenium of course should have been celebrating 2,000 years since the birth of Christ. Ironically as the historians got that wrong anyway the true celebration should have been in 1995/96.
We are just approaching Christmas, now Christmas is a special time. We as Little Christs - that is Christians should always have our eyes and hearts fixed on Jesus. So Christmas is a celebration of the beginning of all things for us, that is why we celebrate as we do or.
The beginning of all things are important, we have much to be thankful for because of the birth of Jesus Christ. However we have much much more to be thankful of because of the life giving blood that provides the way the truth and the life for who we are in God the Farther. In 2025-2028 we mark not only the 2,000 anniversary of that gift of life but we also celebrate 2,000 years of the birth of the Church. This will be a time to celebrate the true millenium and the true celebration of the most significant time in human history.
And o sum this word up next year marks the beginning of something special. For 2,000 odd years the church has been preparing the final generation for that great day and next year marks the beginning of the time where we are last generation of church that gets to partake in this. This is i believe is our true call and it is our ultimate destiny.
